:食譜:
食材▼
○派皮
全麥餅乾 150 g
有鹽奶油 75 g
○內餡
煉乳 220 g
酸奶油 70 g
萊姆汁 120 g
雞蛋 1 顆
萊姆皮 1 大匙
○裝飾
鮮奶油 100 g
糖粉 10 g
萊姆皮 1 小匙

Key Lime Pie is the best dessert for summer, in my mind. It has a perfect balance of taste. I love how tart and sweet it is at the same time. I love the whipped cream topping. I also love the enjoyable graham cracker crust. But the best part is how easy it is to make a key lime pie. Try to make the pie yourself at least once, and you won’t regret it.
:Video Recipe:
Ingredients▼
○Crust
graham cracker, 150 g
salted butter, 75 g
○Filling
sweetened condensed milk, 220 g
sour cream, 70 g
fresh lime juice, 120 g
egg, 1
lime zest, 1 Tbsp
○Topping
heavy cream, 100 g
powdered sugar, 10 g
lime zest, 1 tsp
:Instruction:
●Making the Crust
1. Place graham crackers into a food processor.
2. Finely blend it into graham cracker crumbs.
3. Melt butter over low heat.
4. Pour melted butter into the bowl with cracker crumbs.
5. Brush a thin layer on the baking mold.
6. Line a baking paper.
7. Add 1/3 graham cracker crumbs at a time.
8. Press the crumbs to the wall with a glass.
9. Add more 1/3 graham cracker crumbs.
10. Continue to press the crumbs to create a thicker crust.
11. Add the rest of the crumbs.
12. Press down the crumbs to make the bottom of the crust.
●Preheating the Oven to 350℉/180℃
13. Transfer to the preheated oven.
14. Let the crust cool down completely.
●Making the Filling
15. Add sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl.
16. Add sour cream.
17. Add lime zest. Mix them well.
18. Crack an egg into the mixing bowl. Mix them well.
19. Add key lime juice. Mix them well.
20. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
21. Transfer to the preheated oven.
22. Bake at 350℉/180℃ for 20 min.
◆20 min. later◆
23. Let the crust cool down completely.
24. Cover and transfer to a fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
◆The Next Day◆
25. Remove the key lime pie from the baking mold.
26. Transfer the key lime pie to a cake stand.
●Making the Topping
27. Add heavy cream and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl.
28. Mix it well and whisk until forming soft peaks.
29. Scoop whipped cream on top of the key lime pie.
30. Sprinkle the lime zest on the top.
31. Enjoy!
