Ingredients:
Curd: 2 tea cups
Mint leaves: 10
Chopped coriander: a handful
Whole green chilli: 1
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder (zeera powder): 1/4th teaspoon
Plain water: 3 tea cups
Small ice cubes: 10 to 12
Procedure:
1. Add curd to a mixer.
2. Add mint leaves, thinly diced green chili, chopped coriander, salt, cumin or zeera powder and add 3 tea cups of plain water.
3. Close the lid and run the mixer for 15 to 20 seconds.
4. Sieve this curd mix.
5. Add this sieved curd or butter milk to the mixer.
6. Add ice cubes and again run the mixer for 15 seconds.
Chilled Butter Milk or Chilled Hyderabadi Chanch is ready.
