1/4 cup soda ash in 4 cups of water, ready once the shirt is a bit presoaked.
[4:03] The dyeing setup
[5:00] Setting up the dyes
Dharma fiber reactive procion dyes Fuchsia red, fire red, lemon yellow, (mixed to make an orange), emerald green, royal blue, turquoise, grape, and then dragon's heart and nightshade
[7:00] Rubbing the shirt in the dyes
[10:27] letting things sit overnight
[11:33] After sitting outside all weekend rinsing the shirt
Monday morning
hot tap water
put through he washing machine once the rinse water is much clearer.
