Crispy Fried Chicken Buns

Описание: This is my version of the trending Fried Chicken Buns. I made mine extra crispy with the breading method shown in the video. I also made a simple coleslaw instead of putting lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers for a change.
This is a chicken and veggie buns that I am sure your kids and everyone in the family will love! I made this with chicken legs and thighs but you can also use chicken breasts. Try not to omit the brining part because this is what will keep the chicken moist.
