125g Glutinous Rice Flour
150g Cake Flour
90g Caster Sugar
10g Baking Powder
125g Greek/ Plain Yogurt
125g Silken Tofu
☘️Coating & Details
White Chocolate Compound (melted 80-90°F)
Candy Colors
*NOTES: You can substitute Chocolate Compound with Candy Melts
Frying temperature and time: 160-170°C ~ 4 Minutes
To Store: At room temperature (in an airtight container for 2 days)
