As a part of our 3 Chakra connection series we bring to you a sound bath for expressing your heart. For this, we've incorporated 3 carefully chosen crystal singing bowls. 1) The Root chakra bowl to hold us grounded and secure, not only ourselves, but the planet. 2) The Heart chakra bowl to activate the love in our hearts. 3) The Throat chakra bowl to stimulate our vocals, enabling us to openly express what is in our heart.
