The Town of Queen Creek is primarily within Maricopa County, but the Town Limits also extend into Pinal County on the eastern and southern borders. Even further to the east and south of QC Town Limits in Pinal County is the large (est. 87,000 population in 2015) unincorporated community of San Tan Valley. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 25.8 square miles (66.8 km²), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 26,361 people, 8,557 households, residing in the town. The population density was 167.3 people per square mile (64.6/km²). There were 8,557 housing units at an average density of 49.6 per square mile (19.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 82.14% White, 0.35% Black or African American, 6.53% Native American, 0.32% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 14.30% from other races, and 2.29% from two or more races. 17.3% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

Chandler Heights is an unincorporated community in Maricopa and Pinal counties, Arizona, United States. Chandler Heights is 11 miles (18 km) southeast of Chandler. Formerly, Chandler Heights had a ZIP code of 85227, but it has since been abolished, and the United States Postal Service now uses "Queen Creek" for all Chandler Heights addresses.


Gilbert is a town in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States, located southeast of Phoenix, within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Once known as the "Hay Shipping Capital of the World",[5] it is the sixth-largest municipality in Arizona and the fifth-largest in the Metropolitan Phoenix Area.

Gilbert encompasses 76 square miles (197 km2) and has made a rapid transformation from an agriculture-based community to an economically diverse suburban center located in the southeast valley of the Greater Phoenix area. In the last three decades, Gilbert has grown at an extremely high rate, increasing in population from 5,717 in 1980 to 208,453 as of the 2010 census. The town grew at an average annual growth rate of nearly 13% during this 30-year period. In 2019, the town's population was estimated to be at 254,114.

Chandler Arizona- As of the Census of 2010, there were 236,123 people, 86,924 households, and 60,212 families residing in the city. The racial makeup of the city was 73.3% White, 4.8% Black or African American, 1.5% Native American, 8.2% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, and 8.3% of other races. 21.9% of the population was Hispanic or Latino of any race.[11]

Sun Lakes, Arizona
Sun Lakes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. The population was 13,975 at the 2010 census. Sun Lakes is an active adult community comprising five active adult country club communities in three homeowner associations. These include the gated communities of Oakwood and IronWood (IronOaks), and the gated and non-gated communities of Palo Verde and Cottonwood (Cottonwood Palo Verde), and the non-gated community of Sun Lakes 1. Sun Lakes is a master-planned community developed by a single builder, Robson Communities. Robson Communities was founded by Ed Robson.
