An honest update, what's been going on? And some gratitude journaling to help ease the January blues

Описание: I'm sharing an honest update this week as we have some catching up to do. I need to take some space and have a pause. Some time to find my inner compass; regroup, reset and restore. Also, I am showing my current gratitude practices and gratitude journaling process too. I'm finding these things a real cure for the January blues. They improve my mindfulness, help me do the whole slow, quiet living thing and also give me chance for reflections without it feeling too overwhelming. Thanks as always for keeping me company!
