Lifting my Spirits & Boosting my Mood with gratitude journaling, self-care, & looser style paintings

Описание: Hi beautiful souls, I hope this video lifts your spirits! I have had to put some extra intention into feeling positive this week and tried really hard to do all the things to boost and flip my mood. I have literally a heart full of gratitude and have definitely increased my happiness and positive mindset. As I was in so much pain on Tuesday, I literally could barely move so I couldn't go to the studio to paint but I made up for it later in the week and really enjoyed painting in a looser style. It also forced me to rest when I obviously needed it so I was grateful to come out the other side with much more energy. Self-care to the max right! And, I even cut my own hair! (And James's!) As the lyrics in the song say; 'it's okay to slow the ride.' And yes, it is! But, I needed that reminder! Keep shining bright out there, loads of soft hugs and big loves. Wendy Xxx
