First, we’ll discuss what fat loss actually *is*. How fat cells work, what is the purpose of fat, and why we don’t actually want to GET RID of those cells.

We’ll talk about how being overweight often ISN’T an over eating issue, but an inconsistent eating issue.

Finally, we’ll talk about all the ways we can incentivize the body to get rid of fat and discuss the pros and cons of each!
