Описание: Using carbs better is going to be a key to balancing our metabolisms. In this video we’re going over action steps to increase our body’s ability to use carbs.

First we’ll talk about meal density and why it matters. Blood sugar can often be imbalanced without knowing the optimal density and frequency for meals.

The protein to carb ratio per meal is another important factor you’ll want to keep an eye on.

We’ll also go over some strength training advice and talk about why building muscle is excellent for carbohydrate metabolism.
