This is it! The final fight against the Angel of Death in the Death dimension. Because this is a boss level, the secrets, kills and treasures do not count towards the overall percentages, so you could go straight to the final boss and let him have it.

However, since this is a 100 % playthrough, I'm finding all secrets, getting all treasures and killing each spectre at least once. There is a counter in ECWolf that shows the number of individual spectres shot so it's actually possible to keep track of it. There's a bug (or a feature?) in ECWolf where if you shoot a spectre when its between objects such as cages, it doesn't resurrect. I used it to help keep tally of the spectres I've shot. It's cheating, I know, but I didn't want to spend time trying to figure which of the 37 spectres is the one I hadn't shot yet.

As a boss fight this was on the boring side, because I actually had difficulty finding the Angel of Death, as if it was trying to avoid me instead of hunting me.
