Macros for the WHOLE Pizza:
502 Cals, 45g Carbs, 18g Fat, 40g Protein!
Macros for Each Slice:
62.75 Cals, 5.65g Carbs, 2.25g Fat, 5g Protein!

Ingredients for dough:
60g Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
56g Trader Joe’s Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
100g Egg Whites
40g All Purpose Flour
10g Coconut Flour
4g Baking Powder

Ingredients for Rest of Pizza:
120g Pasta Sauce of your choice (I used one with 7g carbs per serving)
42g Trader Joe’s Light Mozzarella

Directions:
1.) Preheat your oven to 525 degrees F (or as hot as you oven can go). Take you 60g ricotta cheese and 56g Trader Joe’s light mozzarella and put in microwave safe bowl. Then add these into microwave for 30-45 seconds (depends on how powerful your microwave is). Then take out and mix together till they all the way mixed together. Then add your egg whites with that mixture and mix those in.

2.) Then add your dry ingredients into a separate bowl and mix to ensure no clumping. Then add the dry with your ricotta/cheese mixture and mix together it all mixed together. You can use a spoon or whisk to do this. It will not look like a dough that you can just handle with your hand. It will look a bit more wet and messy than a regular piece of dough.

3.) Now you will take your pizza pan and add parchment paper on top. This is super important. Now you will take your dough and add it to your pan covered in parchment paper and then spread it out with your spoon. Make sure to spread it out well because it will rise. Then once it is spread out pretty well, take a small bowl of water and dip your fingers in there and start to spread the dough with your hands some more. This will help moisturize your dough. Then once you’ve done that, add to your oven for 8-12 minutes until the dough is golden.

4.) Then take out and add your pizza toppings on top. Put you oven on broil and add back into the oven for 3-5 minutes! Then enjoy!
