Protein Peanut Butter Recipe!
Macros per 2 Tbsp (32g):
60 Cals, 2g Carbs, 3.5g Fat, 5.5g Protein!
Ingredients (makes 20 servings):
60g Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (I use PEScience! "FDL" saves you 15%)
60g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder (https://www.proteincookiebutter.com/)
120g Creamy Peanut Butter
400ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions:
1.) Add all of the ingredients to your food processor. Blend on slow until you get a creamy consistency with no chunks. Add the peanut butter to jars, leave them in the fridge overnight to thicken up, then enjoy!
These will last in the fridge for 7-10 days! And as I said in the last clip, you can customize this recipe to whatever your heart desires! This is just the template.
But! If you use a non vegan protein, I’d recommend cutting back on the almond milk. Vegan protein is much more absorbent so I’d cut back on say 100-150ml of almond milk if you do use the whey or whey/casein blend.
