In the early stages of my investigation into life, I did travel down views that were in some ways a little restrictive. There was also a feeling that all belief systems on a base level, held very similar views and understandings.
My search was not to be told how to view myself, nor was it to be told how to view the world. I was searching for me, what made me the way I am, how could I do the things I do.
It may seem obvious, but to myself it was nowhere to be seen, until I started to put the pieces together from differing systems, philosophies, life understanding, counselling sessions, and the list can go on. The gist being I found me. Right here, right now, in the presence of life as life.
Amazing how what you have been looking for can appear from those around you, as mirror to yourself, just as easily as you appear from within yourself?
