Sometimes Kundalini can be incredibly subtle, when she is, you may never even know she is stirring, stretching and waking.
One of the more beautiful things I love about working with energy - It is just energy!
You can label masculine, or go for feminine, for myself energy will still be energy. Either way it can stir with strength or the subtlest touch of what we label the feminine. Making no fuss to what it passes over, through or around.
Through the breath matching to pace of movements, and movements becoming a flow, everything returns back to being flow. As this occurs, Kundalini (Chi) shifts, stretches and moves to connect door to door to door. In this instance each door being a chakra all the way from the Root to the Third Eye
A complete subtle rising only to Ajna, but sufficient for Kundalini.
