During the pandemic, around 80% of Millennium Hotels' business was driven by the retail sector. As the corporate business begins to recover, Millennium Hotels expects the distribution of their business to shift to 60% retail and 40% between meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) and group bookings.
He highlights that Millennium Hotels is enthusiastic about the return of corporate customers, as their hotels are designed to cater to business travelers and provide meeting and event spaces.
