Today I focused on unilateral leg control and stability.
Single-leg training exposes imbalances fast. If one side collapses, rotates, or loses control, the whole chain feels it — hip, knee, ankle.
This session included:
• Step Up Knee Raise
• Single Leg RDL
• Walking Front Lunge
• Wall Sit
• Core stability work
The goal isn’t exhaustion. It’s alignment, balance, and control under load.
This is part of my ongoing capability rotation — building strength that actually carries over into real life.
