Описание: Remeron (quetiapine) is a medication that has been approved for use in the US for almost 30 years, since 1996. It is officially FDA approved as an anti-depressant. Today, it is mostly used "off label" for insomnia. So, to the extent that it has any positive impact on depression symptoms, AND it is a sedating medication, it is a good tool for use in depression with insomnia. This video is how I think about and use Remeron with my patients. I hope it is helpful.
