Hi, I am Derek Robertson. I live and work in Scotland painting the nature and countryside around my home. The whitethroats return to nest in the wildflower meadow beside my house every year and it is such a joy to watch them build their delicate, grass nests and then raise their chicks. Follow my process and learn about watercolor technique, drawing a line and learn a little about how to paint from life.
