Wise man on the mountain - Nimblewill Nomad - From the Mind Body Soul Project

Описание: Nimblewill Nomad has probably hiked over 50,000 miles in his life but for him the numbers don't matter and he hasn't kept track. He has completed all 11 of the National Scenic Trails, many National Historic Trails, and many long road walks of his own creation. Nimblewill is a deeply spiritual person and he has found a profound connection to God and his own spiritual life in nature. He is currently hiking the Appalachian Trail again in an attempt to break Dale "Greybeard" Sanders' record of oldest person to hike the AT.

Mind, Body, Soul: the Nature of Well-Being will be based on our thru-hike of the Continental Divide Trail in 2021. We'll be exploring how nature affects our well-being in addition to the input provided by many other highly experienced adventurers.
