Описание: A lot of parents wonder how much their toddler should be drinking. And after their first birthday, between their first and second birthday, they should be drinking 2 to 3 cups of whole milk each day. After their second birthday, you can change to 1% or 2% if the pediatrician isn't concerned about their growth, but the amount stays the same - still 2 to 3 cups. So as long as your offering a sippy cup or a cup to your child with each meal, if they drink a 1/2 cup each time for snacks and meals, that will usually add up to be enough milk throughout the day. And then in between meals, you can give your child water to supplement fluids and make sure they stay well-hydrated. If your toddler isn't really hip on milk, they're not liking it that much, then you can add strawberry or chocolate flavoring, and see if that is a little more enticing.
