The Ritfit All-in-One Budget Squat Rack, PPC03 with Cable Crossover, is presented as a cost-effective option for a home gym rack. Priced at $699, it offers similar functionality to higher-end brands like REP and Rogue, but at less than half the cost, making it an appealing choice for budget-conscious buyers. This rack received a positive review from Coop at Garage Gym Reviews, which is one reason I decided to check it out.

Assembly takes approximately four hours with two people, and despite some minor issues such as scratches and a slightly bent pin, the instructions are easy to follow. The functionality of the rack is praised for its smooth pulleys, good swivel, and effective pop pin. The 85-inch height is mentioned as suitable for various users.

The set includes a 370lb bumper plate set, comparable to Rogue Echo plates, with the added advantage of no odor, though some plates had oil residue upon delivery. The pins are slightly bigger than the size of the olympic bar making it difficult to slide the 10lb plates on.

Attachments, such as MAG style handles, are highlighted for their quality and value, providing versatility for different exercises. However, the accompanying bench is a bit unstable but suitable for typical exercise.

Various exercises are detailed, including cable exercises like seated row and tricep extension, as well as squat rack exercises like squats and bench press. The rack is noted to exceed expectations in certain aspects, such as J hooks and row handles, while falling short in areas like plate sliding and the bench.

In terms of value, the Ritfit rack is considered to offer similar functionality to REP and Rogue but at a significantly lower price, making it an attractive option for those seeking an affordable all-in-one home gym rack.
