LIVER: Normal in size (116 mm) shape & position with regular homogeneous hepatic Parenchyma. No focal lesion is seen.

BILLARY TREE: Not dilated.

GALL BLADDER: Well visualized. Regular in size shape & position. No echogenic structure is seen in the gall bladder. Wall thickness normal.

PANCREAS: Well visualized.

Spleen : Normal in size shape & position.


KIDNEY:
(Rk.) Normal in size (96 mm) shape & position with well-defined cortex and medulla. The pelvicalyceal system of the left kidney is not dilated. No Stone is seen.

(LK.) Normal in size (89 mm) shape & position with well-defined cortex and medulla. The pelvicalyceal system of the left kidney is not dilated. No Stone is seen.

URINARY BLADDER: Partially filled. Wall is a thick and irregular outline. No intravesical lesion or calculus is seen in the urinary bladder. Echogenic debris is seen in the bladder lumen.

PROSTATE : Normal in size (volume 19 cc) in shape & position. Homogenous is echotexture. Capsule intact.


*** Enlarge para-aortic lymph nodes are seen more on the left side.
*** Mild ascitic fluid is seen in the pelvic cavity


COMMENT: Suggestive of
1. Chronic cystitis.
2. Paraaortic lymphadenopathy.
3. Mild ascites.
