Zoe shares a very simple tool for preparing the space for receiving clear guidance, using the acronym SOUL.

S - Stillness... Allow yourself to be still, in the body, in the mind, in the emotions. Allow yourself to be as still as you can, right now.
O - Openness... Allow that stillness to naturally activate your heart center and to open your heart, your loving, your energetic energy field to receive all that is for your highest good, all that is for you.
U - Unconditional...
L - Loving... Or undulating loving... with your heart wide open in the stillness of the present moment, allow your natural Loving nature, that softness and sweetness that cares for yourself, for others and this world: allow that energy to radiate from your heart center... and then allow it to return, allow yourself to feel loved, cared for, taken care of. As you breathe in, and out, allow Love to be received by you, and allow Love to radiate from you unconditionally, freely, fully.

As always Eric and Zoe share vulnerably without a script, sharing the information that comes to them in the moment.
