Paul Conneally talk to us about his focus is on digital transformation, mobile strategy and advocating for the power of technology to achieve progress in realising the Sustainable Development Goals. He is passionate about erasing the digital divide and ensuring that technological advances are universally accessible to everyone so we can maximize the potential for socio-economic empowerment and aim for full participation in the future knowledge society.
Paul is an expert in digital strategy and passionate about how ICTs can be leveraged for gender equality and socio-economic empowerment. In his current role with the ITU, he oversees all aspects of corporate communications.
Paul worked as a journalist and producer before moving sectors to the International Committee of the Red Cross where he worked for 15 years in media and communications as well as partnerships, development and operations.
