Hey folks! This is the latest film in my health and lifestyle 21 days mini-series. In this film I'll be following a Slimming World eating regime, sticking to 20 syns per day (average) meaning 140 syns per week, and on top of that i'll be walking an average of 10,000 steps per day, with a minimum of 70,000 steps per week.

In the film I'll be explaining how Slimming World works, I'll discuss syns, healthy extras, free foods and other jargon associated with Slimming World.

I'll be showing you the food that I eat, most of which is home-cooked, I'll be reflecting on the experience and I'll be going on plenty of walks and showing you some of the sights along the way.

This was a really pretty straightforward plan to follow, and SPOILER ALERT, it lead to me experiencing some incredible health benefits, which I'll discuss in the film. I hope that you enjoy this film, cheers folks!!
