From a run and hurdle step onto a trampette, the gymnast performs a Tuck jump with half turn to land safely.
Assessment
Can the gymnast:
Demonstrate a coordinated hurdle step ?
Complete the rotation and demonstrate a tuck shape in the air with their knees above horizontal?
Hold a safe landing?
