03:35 – To build muscle, is a calorie surplus needed or just an increased protein intake? Also, what
are your thoughts on multivitamins?
09:28 – I'm 58 and lifting 3 times per week. I walk 2 miles, 3 times per week. In order to maintain
weight, I'm eating less calories than I did 10 years ago to lose weight. Why less calories as we get
older even though still very active?
12:11 – Should I work out 45 minutes 4 to 5 times a week? I am 62 years old.
13:18 – Is getting your muscles bigger do I get more muscle mass? Like to get bigger muscles, 8 to 12 reps by 4 sets or heavy sets in low reps? I'm 20 years old Penn State student, heavy on chest day.
16:40 – Could I train legs twice a week? One day front leg, second day focus on hamstrings or is it
better to work them together?

think I should risk swimming or carry on just to have my usual three meals a day?
