Philly Cheesesteak Wraps (4 servings)
1 Lean, 3 Green, 3 Condiments
12 oz. shaved deli roast beef
2 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
4 oz. provolone cheese (5 gr fat or less)
1/4 c. low sodium beef broth
1/3 c. white onion, minced
6 oz. white mushrooms, diced
2 t (or 2 cloves) garlic, minced
wraps:
100 gr (3.5 oz) cauliflower, small rice
1/4 c. egg substitute
Make the wraps by combining the cauliflower rice and egg substitute. Spread in a thin circle on a sprayed piece of parchment paper. Bake at 425 for 22-25 min., flip, and bake another 5-7 minutes.
Combine the broth, mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a pan. Saute until the veggies are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
Add in the beef and cook through, breaking into small pieces.
Remove from heat and add the cream cheese, stirring to combine.
Lay 1 oz. of provolone on each wrap. Top with 1/4 of the beef mixture. Enjoy!
