Wake up the entire body in just 15-minutes with my "MORNING YOGA STRETCH, TWIST & STRENGTHEN" sequence. We will fire up the core with some boat pose rocks, ring out the spine with delicious twists, and stretch out the hamstrings and spine with some yummy backbends and forward folds. It's truly a fantastic all-around vinyasa flow to help start your day with positive and mindful energy.
Try not to skip the end meditation which will help ground you and bring you into a present state ready for a stress-free day ahead.
