Chicken Masala Ingredients
Chicken - 1 Kg
Green Chilly - 6 to 8 nos
Garlic - 12 nos
Ginger - 3 " pc (approx)
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup chopped
Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup chopped
Onion - 2 big
Tomato - 2 nos
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp.
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Biriyani Masala Powder - 2 tsp
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Salt
Ingredient for Rice
Biriyani Rice - 1 Kg ( 5 Cups)
Water to cook - 9.5 Cups
Salt - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 " pc
Cardamom - 10 Nos
Cloves - 6 nos
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Bayleaf - 2 nos
Turmeric Milk - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Garam masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
