Empty Apartment Tour | saying goodbye to our first apartment

Описание: I’ll never forget the day when my husband came across the advertisement of this apartment on the 20 November 2021. We were so desperate to move out of the room that my parents offered to us to live in as newly weds.

Within a few days of signing the contract for this apartment we moved in immediately.

This is the apartment that we stayed in for 3 years we enjoyed every second in this spacious rental with a 67 sqm plus 2 bedrooms and a banging spacious living room and not to mention a kitchen of my own. The 3 years also came with its own negative experience. We instantly got pipes bursting in the main roads which ultimately meant that we didn’t have running water. Luckily we both worked at the same company at that time which was not far from this apartment so we could actually use our company’s bathroom facilities so relieve or wash our bodies with that being said there were many times that the lift at this apartment would also breakdown from time to time. We needed the lift because we were on the 2nd floor. This rental started with the cost of R7400 per month and within 3 years it increased to R9200. The convenience was unmatched at this location because every shop or restaurant that we needed was just a walk away from our door step.

Our first apartment was a great choice and I’m glad Allah (God) made all this possible for us to have this experience but the time has come to make a change and I have accepted that Allah (God) made this choice for us for a reason.
