Recipe
4-5 cups cabbage
3/4 cups onions
1/2 cup carrots
1/4 cups celery
1/2 cup sweet bell peppers
2 cups shredded chicken..or meat of choice, sausage, ground beef, ground turkey, ground pork
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice…may use ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a food processor chop all your vegetables..
In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil..
Add your veggies..add soy sauce, salt, pepper, Chinese five spice, toasted sesame oil,and soy sauce..stir well..cook about 5 minutes..or until veggies are cooked to your liking..Ready to eat..
