An integral part of @tournantpdx is cooking over an open fire. Chefs Jaret Foster @pdxoystersocial and Mona Johnson @monajohnson love to draw from the seasons and their surroundings in the PNW. Their @yeti cooler stands up to the elements, helping them to create beautiful dinners in stunning settings no matter what the weather brings. They prepare these extremely fresh and local ingredients over the open fire to make a smoked and roasted salmon with chimichurri, oysters with wild nettle and ramp butter, and a morel and wild leek charred toast.
