Weightlifting training 4.2.21
My legs felt tired from my last squat sets so I didn't feel great when I started this. Lifts in general felt very sluggish today and Jerk footwork was not very crisp and stable. I've been instructed to start pausing before I dip in the Jerk because I have a tendency to lean on my right leg when Jerking.
