If you are dealing with grief, loss, depression, or anxiety, this live grief journaling session is a low-pressure space to slow down, write a little, and not pretend you’re fine.
I’ll offer a simple journaling prompt, we’ll write together in real time, and then we’ll talk about whatever comes up. Sharing is optional. Being perfect is not required. Neat handwriting will not be graded.
All you need is a notebook, a pen, and the version of yourself that showed up today.
