Alright, today we're going over a few variations of barbell squats that you should add to your routine.
So I've been getting under the bar more recently which has got me trying some different exercises because my ADHD is too strong to simply do traditional barbell squats for every workout. Here are a few of my new favorites (the heels elevated back squat, hip dominate low bar squat, and the front squat).
