I find these documentaries very misleading and confusing for people…

When we look at the details, the study was poorly designed and the results did not favor many of the claims corroborated by the athours…

There is plenty of evidence suggesting that removing animal foods from your diet will rob you of many ESSENTIAL nutrients for optimal health…
