A showcase of Beginner, Advanced, and the first 20 stages of Expert.
Despite the video playing at 60fps, the game runs at a silky smooth 120fps on my machine with no drops outside of when levels are streamed in and out.
Here's what's new;
-New character Iden. Iden functions as the Monkey Ball Baby in this game, being faster but also easier to be knocked around. Iden was originally for a Kirby project that I pushed to the side because I wanted to focus my attention to Geoball first before doing another project. So, I repurposed Iden into Geoball so the work didn't go completely to waste.
-Backgrounds for Peaceful Party, the Bonus world, Cotton Clouds, and Majestic Mountain are complete just about. Steampunk Skies still needs it's background.
-Character Select now lets you change the character you play with. Prior the player spawner would always spawn Blok.
-Graphics settings complete (although its not shown).
-Tweaked physics; Unreal's substepping system is now used to an effort to make physics be more consistent between framerates. It's not perfect though, not a fault of my own but due to how Unreal does determinant physics (or rather how it doesn't). It's as close as I can get it though, which feels good enough.
CREDITS:
-Iden's voices come from Super Smash Brothers Ultimate/Melee as well as Kirby Triple Deluxe. I felt like these lines fit the character better than Baby's lines from the Monkey Ball games.
-All other audio comes from various Super Monkey Ball games.
-Texture resources by Kenney (from here https://kenney.nl/assets/pattern-pack) are used in a few places, such as the water in Peaceful Party or the candy canes in Cotton Clouds.
-The ships and trees in the background of Peaceful Party come from various Kenney asset packages.
