This N'zoth the Corruptor boss guide will show you the N'zoth the Corruptor abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the N'zoth the Corruptor fight. Mythic N'zoth the Corruptor has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic N'zoth the Corruptor guide. Footage of N'zoth the Corruptor for this boss guide is from PTR raid testing and some mechanics may look different or change when the Ny'alotha raid releases on live servers starting January 21st.

N'zoth's BfA raid boss encounter consists of three phases across two realms- the normal one and then inside N'zoth's Mind. In Phase One, he brings everyone in and you'll drag Psychus from Synapse to Synapse, killing them rapidly to stack up a damage taken debuff on Psychus. Finish him and then get back to your body to return to the up phase.

In the normal realm of Phase Two, you'll be killing Tentacle adds and avoiding getting pulled into shadows by Mindgrip. For Mindgrip, identify which way the graphic indicates you will be pulled (pretend the little tentacles are arrows) and run the opposite way to give yourself space. Clear Corrupted Neurons so you'll have a straight path to get dragged through.

For the tentacles, prioritize the Basher tentacles and Corruptor tentacles before the Spike Tentacles, but clean all of them up. Tank the Basher tentacles and kick/dispel the Corrupted Mind from the Corruptor Tentacles. Whenever Psychus dies (after Phase One and then after each of the Phase Two down phases) use the next 30 seconds to lay damage into N'zoth.

In Phase Two, you can run through the Mindgate to get back into a new down phase. Repeat Phase One, with fire to dodge the first time and movement damage to content with the second. We didn't see Phase Three in testing but from the Dungeon Journal it looks like it'll be about dodging beams, continuing to deal with Mindgrasp, and soaking Thought Harvester add casts while killing the Thought Harvester adds.
