❥材料/Ingredients
📌桂皮捲8各份
1.高筋麵粉 250g (蛋白質12%)
2.上白糖40g
3.海鹽3g
4.全脂牛奶(35度微溫):90g
5.即溶酵母:5g
6.無鹽奶油(室溫軟化):35g
7.常溫雞蛋:1各

📌焦糖肉桂餡
1.無鹽奶油30g
2.黑糖50g
3.肉桂粉8g
4.鹽1g

📌裝飾
1.常溫蛋1各
2.珍珠糖2-3g

Cinnamon Rolls (Makes 8 rolls)
📌Dough Ingredients
1.Bread flour (12% protein): 250g
2.Granulated sugar: 40g
3.Sea salt: 3g
4.Whole milk (lukewarm at 35°C / 95°F): 90g
5.Instant yeast: 5g
6.Unsalted butter (softened at room temperature): 35g
7.Egg (at room temperature): 1 piece

📌Caramel Cinnamon Filling
1.Unsalted butter: 30g
2.Dark brown sugar: 50g
3.Ground cinnamon: 8g
4.Salt: 1g

📌Topping
1.Egg (at room temperature): 1 piece
2.Pearl sugar: 2–3g
