ACCURL® ES NT Series CNC Punching Machine is the newly developed Multi-Index Tools Turret Punch Press equipped with an advanced REXROTH Servo System with Material loading and unloading device system.
The Compact AP System is a fully automated material handling device. and the placing of the automatic loading and unloading unit makes it possible to use several combinations of automatic and manual loading and unloading cycles. Meanwhile, Raw material can be added and unloaded sheets removed while the machine continues to operate.
AUTOMATION FEATURES:
1. One machine side always available for manual loading and unloading
2. Sheet separation magnets, air blow, and corner lifter on loader gripper to separate sheets
3. Several suction cups and suction areas to ensure a good grip for different sheet sizes
4. Sheet measuring device to detect double sheets on the gripper
5. Sheet centering to ensure correct positioning of the sheet
6. Fast loader axis with an inverter-driven electric motor with brake
7. Several combinations of manual and automatic operations
