Ingredients listed below:
1 lb Phillips lump crab meat
1/4 cup Dukes mayo
1 egg
1 tbs Thyme leaves
1-1.5 parsley flakes
1 tbs old bay
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tbs Honey Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 red pepper (diced)
1 Spring onion (diced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
Melted butter
Remoulade Sauce
Serve on a bed of lettuce (spring mix) and Garnish with sliced lemons and freshly chopped Parsley or Parsley flakes💋
