Do this capoeira shoulder exercise with anyhing that left up your legs around 50 cm. A bench is perfect, a couch, a block, look on the streets and you'll find something that works.
Make five rotations left, five rotations right. Rest for 10 seconds and do it again. Mix this with your regular capoeira training. O no, KAHPU training. I forgot.
