In his first season at Carrollton, coach Joey King brought his signature high-powered offense—familiar to fans from his days coaching Trevor Lawrence—as the Trojans dominated South Paulding 40-13. NC State commit M.J. Morris threw for 301 yards and 4 TDs, including two to Takare Lipscomb, who finished with 7 catches for 118 yards. Bryce Hicks ran wild with 199 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns, helping Carrollton build a 26-0 halftime lead on their way to a blowout win.
