Daily Meditation - December 31, New Year’s Eve Mindful Practice and Meditation. Let’s close out today and this past year with an end-of-year affirmation along with our mindful breathing exercise. Let’s get started. Have a seat.
Affirmation: Today, I spend time counting my blessings from this past year. I am grateful for this life. I look forward to the beautiful gifts of the new year and all its prosperity and abundance. I send love and light out ahead of me to guide my way. I slow down, take a breath, and move forward gently with compassion and grace. All is well. I love this life.
15-minute Mindfulness and Guided Meditation to self-heal with compassion and love. Each sit we are improving our mental health and increasing contentment. At the end of the recorded meditation, I encourage you to continue with your mindfulness and seated meditation for the duration of your daily practice, however long that is for you, followed by journaling your reflections and insights from the sit.
