10-minute Mindfulness and Guided Meditation to self-heal with compassion and love. Each sit we are improving our mental health and increasing contentment. At the end of the recorded meditation, I encourage you to continue with your mindfulness and seated meditation for the duration of your daily practice, however long that is for you, followed by journaling your reflections and insights from the sit.
