Soft & Healthy Almond Flour Bread 🍞
Low-Carb | Gluten-Free | Easy to Make
This soft, healthy almond flour bread is made with simple ingredients and is perfect for low-carb and gluten-free diets. Great for toast, sandwiches, or a quick snack!
🧾 Ingredients
1½ cups almond flour
5 eggs
5 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ACV
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
🥣 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs until slightly frothy.&
Add melted butter (or oil) and I, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing.
