1 cup gehun ka aata
1 cup palak (Barik Kati hui ya peste)
1 hari mirch (optional finally chopped)
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 namak (Swad anusar )
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp laal mirch powder
1 tsp tel/ ghee
